With over a decade in the food industry, I have worked all throughout the kitchen, both in high volume and specialty food establishments. My experience in Executive Chef positions and in ownership has helped me develop leadership skills and hone in on staff and business management. Oversee scheduling, inventory management and supply ordering. Initiate training on new culinary techniques to improve productivity. Spearhead kitchen renovations to optimize workflow efficiency. Develop close relationship with supplies to source best ingredients at the best price.

Managing all aspects of the business, from staff to administrative responsibilities. I built relationships with local Nebraska food and beer producers to feature them and show emphasis on local on my menus. Weekly menu development and updates, from features to seasonal changes, as well as special events to include wine tastings, small plates, and even a honey tasting event.

Managing kitchen staff, developing menus and specials, planning and execution of large scale catering events. Creating a comprehensive inventory, cost analysis and cost reporting system by partnering with Sysco. Within the first month of my tenure, sales volume and market share increased.

Hiring, training and managing kitchen and front of house staff, handling kitchen and bar ordering, managing daily operations, organizing and executing special events.During my tenure, sales increased exponentially and the brewery became well-known for food along with the excellent beer and atmosphere.
